Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Microsoft desktop environments, particularly Windows 11.
• Experience with Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Help Desk tickets requiring Level 2 expertise.
• Perform basic Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory and troubleshoot access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and troubleshoot related problems.
