Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Microsoft desktop environments with expertise in Windows 11.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Active Directory and supporting Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support to small and medium-sized businesses.
• Resolve escalated Help Desk tickets requiring Level 2 expertise.
• Administer Active Directory and troubleshoot access issues.
