Trissential, LLC is seeking an IT Solution Analyst (Service Availability Lead) to join a client’s team in a high-visibility operational leadership role. You will oversee change, risk, and incident management within a 24x7 enterprise environment, coordinating CAB/TCAB meetings and leading escalation efforts.

The role requires deep expertise in IT operations, service availability, and network changes, with collaboration across multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, service availability, network operations, change management, incident management, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in change management and risk management processes.
• Hands-on incident management experience in complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and approve ServiceNow change requests to ensure operational readiness and risk mitigation.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Technical Change Advisory Board (TCAB) meetings.
• Coordinate and support incident management processes during service disruptions and outages.
• Guide Operations Center technicians through incident response activities.
• Promote operational excellence through adherence to change, risk, and incident management best practices.
