About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an Asset Manager to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory of network assets and ensure asset tracking systems are current.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and software assets in accordance with CBP policy.
  • Coordinate with field teams for asset issuance, recovery, and disposition.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reconcile inventory records with physical assets.
  • Generate compliance and asset status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • BS: 5-7 years, MS: 3-5 years, PhD: 0-2 years.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Proficiency with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Understanding of ITIL practices related to asset lifecycle.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or IT-related field.
  • At least 3 years of IT asset or logistics management experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation or clearance.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations.
  • Experience managing telecommunications or network equipment.
  • Ability to support physical asset audits across distributed sites.

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
