About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Asset Manager to join us.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Maintain inventory of network assets and ensure asset tracking systems are current
2. Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and software assets in accordance with CBP policy
3. Coordinate with field teams for asset issuance, recovery, and disposition
4. Conduct periodic audits and reconcile inventory records with physical assets
5. Generate compliance and asset status reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

Required And Desired Skills/Certifications

• Proficiency with asset management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
• Understanding of ITIL practices related to asset lifecycle
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or IT-related field
• 3+ years of IT asset or logistics management experience

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
• Familiarity with federal procurement regulations
• Experience managing telecommunications or network equipment
• Ability to support physical asset audits across distributed sites

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
