Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic IT Manager to lead security operations and manage Microsoft platforms across our manufacturing technology environment. This permanent role focuses on securing data, implementing policies, and overseeing Identity Access Management, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure services.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days onsite), competitive salary up to $165k plus annual bonus, and benefits including medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cyber Security or related field.
• 8+ years in IT security management and Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience with SIEM, SDWAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, MS Dynamics, O365, and Azure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT security operations for the organization.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage Microsoft platforms including Intune, Entra ID, Dynamics, Office 365, Azure.
• Oversee Identity Access Management and access provisioning.
• Conduct security audits and report on effectiveness.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate security solutions.
• Stay current with IT security trends and technologies.
• Provide training on cybersecurity best practices.
