Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead the security team and drive the architecture, design, and management of our security framework across AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will automate security processes, collaborate with Information Risk, and coordinate due diligence and audit activities to meet client and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 7+ years IT experience, with 5+ in information security and 2+ in a supervisory capacity, and a strong background in risk

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required – Cybersecurity/Information Security preferred.
Seven+ years IT experience, five+ in information security and two+ in a supervisory capacity.
Experience performing security risk assessments and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the security strategy for ACA’s technology systems.
Manage and mentor staff to ensure successful deliverables.
Collaborate with Information Risk on policy development and compliance.
Collect evidence for client Due Diligence questions and audits (SOC, ISO 27001).
Define and develop security monitoring standards and controls.
Develop automation to enforce security policies and configurations.
Create security dashboards for engineers and management.
Manage IT Security budget and balance tool cost with value.
