Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead the security team and own the architecture, design, implementation, and management of our security program across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms. This role will move us toward automating our security framework for ACA Group's cloud software as well as internal corporate infrastructure.

Driving the team to be successful and ensuring all deliverables are met is critical to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required – Cybersecurity/Info Security/CS/MIS major preferred.
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in information security and 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with security risk assessments and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security strategy for ACA's technology systems.
• Mentor staff to ensure delivery of required security deliverables.
• Collaborate on corporate security policies with Information Risk.
• Collect evidence for client due diligence and audits (SOC, ISO 27001).
• Define and implement security monitoring standards and controls.
• Develop automation to enforce security policies and configurations.
• Develop security dashboards for engineers to management.
• Manage the IT Security budget and optimize tool value.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
