Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead the security team, architect and manage the security framework across AWS, Azure, and SaaS platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration with risk and audit teams, evidence collection for due diligence, SOC and ISO 27001 readiness, and driving automation and dashboards for diverse audiences.

The position requires hybrid work with readiness to be in multiple offices and strong governance across security policies, controls, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security Management, Computer Science or MIS preferred.
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in information security.
• Experience performing security risk assessments and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of ACA’s security strategy for technology systems.
• Manage and mentor staff to ensure delivery of security obligations.
• Collaborate on development and compliance of corporate security policies.
• Collect and organize evidence for client due diligence and audits (SOC, ISO 27001).
• Define and develop security monitoring standards and controls.
• Develop automation to enforce policies and configurations.
• Create security dashboards for engineers and management.
• Manage IT Security budget and tool ROI.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
