Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead our security team, driving architecture, design, implementation, and management of our security framework across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.

You will partner with Information Risk, manage audits and due diligence responses, and develop automation to enforce security controls and dashboards for stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on security expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security management, computer science, or MIS preferred.
• Seven+ years IT experience, five+ years in information security, at least two in supervision.
• Experience in security risk assessments and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of ACA’s security strategy for technology systems.
• Mentor staff to meet deliverables and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate on security policy development and compliance with Information Risk.
