Job summary

ACA Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead the security team and own the architecture, design, and management of ACA's security framework across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms.

You will drive automation of the security stack, coordinate with Information Risk on audits (SOC, ISO 27001), and prepare evidence for client due diligence while balancing budget and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in Cybersecurity, Information Security Management, CS or MIS preferred.
• 7+ years IT experience, 5+ years in information security, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience performing security risk assessments and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the security strategy for ACA's technology systems.
• Mentor staff to ensure successful deliverables.
• Collaborate with Information Risk on policies and compliance.
• Collect and organize evidence for client due diligence and audits (SOC, ISO 27001).
• Develop security monitoring standards and policies; implement controls.
• Automate detection and enforcement of security policies and configurations.
• Develop security dashboards for varied audiences; manage IT security budget.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
