Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or IT.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners (NeXpose, Qualys, Tenable, IVM).
• Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Catalog security event log sources from on-premise and cloud systems.
• Ensure log sources report to the SIEM system.
• Analyze SIEM alerts and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with auditing frameworks.
• Set up daily reports with key security events and metrics.
• Participate in daily security event log reviews.
• Correlate enterprise changes to tickets or communications.
• Identify nefarious activity and propose remediation actions.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and track remediation per SLAs.
