Job summary

Textron is offering a 2027 IT Security Intern position (343202) at our Georgia area sites. You’ll work on real IT security projects, learn exposure to PLM, SAP, Salesforce, and BI environments, and contribute to team efforts during a 10-week paid internship.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and training while developing automated tools and reports, with opportunities for future full-time consideration upon completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Excel and exposure to ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT department with daily activities and special projects to learn IT functions and business impact.
• Develop an automated scorecard to balance TSV goals and performance against targets.
• Document TSV environment by investigating servers, applications, software, and jobs and their CMBD connections.
• Collaborate with PLM systems to update Teamcenter installation scripts and generate automated reports.
• Develop and implement TSV platform customizations.
• Learn Salesforce and gain admin understanding of its tools.
• Explore change control processes in Salesforce and implement production changes.
• Implement changes to developed platforms to reduce manual processes for internal groups and customers.
• Gain exposure to business needs by developing and deploying new processes and technologies.
• Support Infrastructure, Security, SAP, PLM or Analytics as needed.
