Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to own and scale internal IT operations, GRC processes, and collaboration with Security Engineering. Reporting to the CISO, you will unify IT, risk, and compliance into a cohesive engine for secure, compliant operations.

You will lead the IT and Compliance teams, oversee IAM, endpoint management, and SaaS tooling, and drive audit readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Collaboration with external auditors and vendors is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• 2+ years in people management or leadership.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar.
• Proficiency with IAM, endpoint management and SaaS tooling.
• Strong communication with executives and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations including identity management and helpdesk.
• Direct GRC program and audit readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering on logging, SIEM and detection.
• Lead IT/Compliance teams and develop runbooks and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk workflows.
