Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to unify internal IT operations with GRC, aligning security engineering and audit readiness under the CISO. You will build scalable processes, mentor teams, and manage vendor risk to keep the organization secure and compliant.

You will report to the CISO and drive improvements across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AI governance frameworks, while ensuring secure, rapid operations at machine speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related technical domains.
• 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven proficiency with IAM platforms, endpoint management, and core SaaS administration tooling.
• Strong understanding of security engineering principles and collaboration with detection teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own Day-to-day IT operations and QA for identity, endpoints, SaaS admin, onboarding/offboarding, and helpdesk.
• Drive GRC and audit readiness across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related audits.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering to cover logging, EDR, and SIEM needs.
• Mentor IT and GRC leads; develop runbooks and scalable processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk assessment workflows.
