Job summary

The State of Nebraska seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst/Supervisor (IT Security) to lead IT teams in Lincoln and drive security policy enforcement and business process analysis. The role coordinates with agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and supports automated applications for critical functions.

Under limited supervision, the position requires guiding staff, supervising recruitment and performance, and providing security awareness training while aligning with NITC standards and APA

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include leading or supervising teams in business process and system analysis or coordinating large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of information security practices and compliance requirements is required.
