Job summary

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to guide a talented team of developers at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln. You’ll oversee the full spectrum of application development—from analysis and design to implementation and support—while shaping standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring critical systems meet the needs of our agency and communities we serve.

Position is on-site in Lincoln, NE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years IT leadership or supervision experience.
• Experience supervising IT development staff and coordinating teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

• Oversee IT development staff and project delivery.
• Guide analysis, design, development, testing, and production support.
