Qualifications

• Associates or two-year technical degree in computer engineering/science, communications/electronic equipment, or related discipline of study and 3–5 years of work experience.
• Three additional years of applicable work experience can substitute for a degree.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical lead level support for IT environments on premise and in the cloud.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and teammates; support clients.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes; create documentation.
• Assist clients and other information technology employees; other duties as assigned.
