Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 7 years of related experience.
• Must have a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential duties.
• Experience and knowledge of IT applications, systems, networks, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervises State/Contracted staff, prioritizes, assigns and schedules work and conducts performance evaluations.
• Prioritizes IT-related projects, establishes timelines, monitors budget and progress, and coordinates external contractors.
• Recommends and maintains policies for applications and systems to align with requirements.
• Conducts analysis and makes recommendations for budget, staffing, and resources.
• Creates instructional materials and coordinates training for ongoing IT support.
• Acts as liaison with IT staff of other agencies to coordinate projects.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
