Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an IT Security Analyst (Intermediate) for a 1-year contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite (Tue-Thu) and 8:00am-5:00pm EST.

You will support IAM processes, resolve CyberArk-related issues, and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to meet service levels. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in CyberArk PVWA/EPV, with AD/Entra ID and PowerShell experience.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in support CyberArk PVWA/EPV.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, PowerShell.
• Experience with CyberArk PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, CCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work with IAM processes alongside IT teams and service providers.
• Help drive resolution of IAM issues, including CyberArk-related ones.
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor projects against SLAs, budgets and schedules.
• Assist audits of IAM security services and maintain docs.
• Ensure security services documentation is current and accessible.
• Maintain understanding of provider security operations and processes.

IT Security Analyst - Intermediate - VF/Hybrid/Contract/43215

Location: Columbus Ohio
1 year contract
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm EST

• Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, and business unit professionals, project managers and other areas of the organization, and Service Providers to perform and/or support operations of IAM processes
• Help drive resolution of IAM related issues, including with CyberArk, and reporting on Service Provider operations, as directed by the IAM Manager and/or CyberArk Product Owner
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with the organization's project managers and Service Provider personnel to help track and monitor projects that meet business needs and adhere to agreed-upon service levels (e.g., budget, schedule, quality)
• Facilitate audits of processes related to IAM Security Services.
• Confirm that Security Services supporting and procedures documentation is available and kept up to date
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Service Providers security operations and service delivery capabilities and processes

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in support CyberArk PVWA,/EPV
• Knowledge/Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, RHEL from an account management standpoint
• Experience with CyberArk PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, and CCM - all a plus Excellent analytical abilities, including process analysis and development, problem solving and root cause analysis
