Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst (Medior or Senior) to join our Belgium-based IT team. You will analyze and translate business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive SAP-focused improvements across Purchase to Pay, Project Systems, and Order to Cash.

Ideal candidates hold SAP Certification in P2P, PS, OTC, with CPQ/C4C exposure. This permanent role offers growth in a global environment and exposure to a modern SAP stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchase to Pay, Project Systems, and Order to Cash.
• Experience with SAP CPQ or C4C is a plus.
• Mandatory SAP Certification in P2P, PS, and OTC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate functional specifications from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear design elements and specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Test and deliver through functional and regression testing to ensure quality.
• Build synergy between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers.
• Engage with Business Process Owners to align priorities and deliver IT services.
• Document detailed specifications, analyses, and data models.
• Design, test, and deploy SAP integrations.

Your Mission

As an IT SAP Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze & Validate: Challenge and validate functional specifications from business stakeholders, participate in business process modeling and improvement, and support data modeling.
• Translate Needs: Convert business requirements into clear design elements and specifications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and IT teams to articulate requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Test & Deliver: Write functional specifications, conduct functional and regression testing, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build Synergy: Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Business Process Owners & Experts to align on priorities and ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Clarify business requirements and produce detailed specifications and functional analyses.
• Collaborate with IT architects, support teams, and suppliers to assess impacts and propose solutions.
• Use modeling techniques to analyze and document business processes and functional needs.
• Continuously review and refine requirements, proactively identifying improvements and solutions.
• Document deliverables, including process flows and data models.
• Analyze and resolve specific business and technical issues.
• Support project phases to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and help shape your module’s roadmap.
• Design, test, build, and deploy SAP integrations.

• Nice to have: SAP CPQ or C4C certification

Languages

• English: Advanced or Professional level (writing, reading, speaking)
