Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Prior Intern/Co-op experience in IT or equivalent experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A strong understanding of relational databases & SQL, the Software Development Lifecycle, software QA & testing best practices.

Responsibilities

1) Support the design, development, modification, and/or configuration of applications and programs.
2) Support production systems, analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner.
