Arizona Public Service seeks an IT Rotational Analyst to gain hands-on experience across multiple IT disciplines, driving secure and efficient systems statewide. You will participate in three six-month rotations through infrastructure, applications, and governance teams, building broad technical and business perspective.

The program emphasizes hands-on project work, structured learning, and peer feedback, with opportunities to advance into full-time roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Prior Intern/Co-op IT experience or equivalent experience.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Support design, development, modification and configuration of applications and programs.
Support production systems; analyze and resolve defects and end-user requests.
Complete unit tests for changes; verify new features and fixes.
Maintain documentation of processes, tools, and training aids.
Analyze, debug, and resolve defects in applications.
Assist in evaluating systems and procedures for cost efficiency and reliability.
Assist in research or analysis for architecture planning.
