George Mason University’s Information Technology Services is seeking a Manager of IT Relationship Management to lead day-to-day enterprise relationship activities across ITS. Reporting to the Director of User Experience, Learning & Engagement, this role supervises a team of IT Relationship Analysts serving as trusted liaisons between ITS and the university community.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management and IT service delivery.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and service improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise stakeholder engagement across academic, research, administrative units.
• Supervise IT Relationship Analysts and manage stakeholder portfolios.
• Document requirements, feedback, and service issues for ITS.
• Support service improvement through governance, analytics, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Training & Workforce Development on adoption initiatives.
