Job summary

MRR It Consultancy Services is seeking a remote Recruitment Associate to source candidates through job portals and social platforms, screen resumes, and conduct initial telephonic interviews. You will schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates while maintaining databases and recruitment records.

Freshers can apply. Strong communication, basic MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with LinkedIn are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication abilities and professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and good computer skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus for sourcing candidates.
