Job summary

I2E Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment remotely. You will work across IT and Life Sciences domains, assessing JDs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and managing offers while delivering strong hiring metrics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ATS reporting and leveraging AI tools to streamline screening, summaries and reporting for multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or related field; technical degree is an advantage.
• Understand technical IT JDs and identify relevant IT skills.
• Strong MIS, ATS reporting, dashboards and hiring analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to onboarding.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview feedback, offers, joining and candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics such as TTF/TAT, interview-to-selection and source effectiveness.
• Use AI tools for screening, candidate summaries, communication and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for AI/automation to improve hiring efficiency.

• Strong MIS, ATS reporting, recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.
• Analyze TTF/TAT, offer-to-joining, interview-to-selection, source effectiveness and funnel conversion.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot for screening, candidate summaries, communication and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for AI/automation in recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
• Strong analytical, presentation and data-driven skills to present hiring insights.
• Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment experience is an added advantage, especially exposure to Veeva, CTMS, EDC, Clinical
• Data, RBQM, Planisware, AI/ML, Data Engineering and Cloud.
• High ownership, independence, problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities while maintaining hiring quality and TAT.
