Job summary

S R International Inc. is an established IT staffing and consulting company serving Fortune 500 companies, state government agencies, and enterprise clients across the United States. It seeks an energetic IT Recruiter to join the recruiting team in Naperville, onsite.

You will source and recruit IT professionals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build a strong pipeline to meet hiring goals. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year IT recruiting experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerPlug).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
