Experis is seeking an IT Recruiter in Chandler, AZ, to connect diverse IT talent with exciting opportunities. You’ll leverage networks and Experis tools to place candidates with leading global tech clients while driving client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT staffing recruiting experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on client and candidate needs with proactive communication.
• Willingness to take risks and seize opportunities in recruiting.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple openings.
• Use evidence and data to support recruiting decisions.
