4. Drive improvements in QA automation and processes to enhance efficiency and software reliability.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2. 10+ years of IT experience, including a strong background in QA and software development.
3. 4+ years managing a QA department or enterprise-level testing function.
4. Proven track record overseeing complex system testing, from integration to user acceptance.
