Job summary

Rite-Hite Holding Corporation is seeking a senior QA leader in Wisconsin to guide a team of QA analysts. You will own test planning, script development, and manual/automation testing across IT validation, SIT, and UAT. Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service stakeholders to ensure release readiness and system stability.

The role emphasizes deep QA discipline, strong communication, and hands-on oversight of regression cycles within Agile or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on test script development for IT validations/SIT.
• Experience with regression testing and release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily tasks for a team of QA analysts.
• Oversee QA processes across IT validations, SIT, regression testing, and UAT.
• Design, write, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Execute manual testing and support automation efforts.
• Utilize Jira/Zephyr or Excel for test management and defect lifecycle.
• Coordinate regression testing cycles to ensure stability across releases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop UAT scripts and validate results.
• Translate business requirements into test coverage and scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Establish and improve QA standards, processes, and best practices.
