Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Quality Assurance Team Lead to guide a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, shaping testing strategies and advancing AI-assisted testing.

You will partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into each stage of delivery, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement across our North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS required.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance and automated testing with 3+ years in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
• Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release.
• Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.
