Job summary

Rite-Hite in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior QA Analyst Lead to guide a team responsible for IT validations, SIT, regression testing, and UAT across releases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years QA experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on test script creation for IT validations or SIT.
• Experience with Excel to manage test cases/scripts.
• Familiarity with regression testing and release cycles.
• Experience supporting UAT with business users.

• Execute and support manual testing efforts, including structured test scripts maintained in tools such as Jira Zephyr and Excel.
• Utilize Jira and Zephyr (optional) or Excel for test management, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management.
• Support and expand automated testing using Copado.
• Plan and coordinate regression testing cycles to ensure system stability across releases.
• Partner with business stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and service to develop UAT scripts, guide execution, and validate results.
• Translate business processes and requirements into effective test scenarios and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality standards.
• Establish and continuously improve QA standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test scripts for IT validations or SIT
• Experience using Excel for test case and script management
• Experience with regression testing and release cycles
• Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Copado
• Proven ability to manage QA teams and coordinate across multiple initiatives
• Experience supporting UAT and working directly with business users
• Good understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations, sales, and/or service environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools
• Experience in Salesforce environments
• Deeper domain expertise in manufacturing, sales, or service operations
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
