Job summary

The Rite-Hite Corporation IT Quality Assurance Lead role at our Milwaukee headquarters seeks a seasoned QA leader to drive test strategy and deliver high-quality software across IT validations and integrations.

You will design test plans, lead a team of QA analysts, coordinate with stakeholders, execute manual and some automated tests, and help standardize QA processes across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test scripts for IT validations or SIT.
• Experience using Excel for test case and script management.
• Experience with regression testing and release cycles.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Copado.
• Proven ability to manage QA teams and coordinate across multiple initiatives.
• Experience supporting UAT and working directly with business users.
• Good understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations, sales, and/or service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily tasks for a team of QA analysts and ensure high performance.
• Oversee QA processes across IT validations or SIT, regression testing, and UAT phases.
• Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IT validations and system integrations.
• Execute and support manual testing efforts, including structured test scripts in Jira Zephyr and Excel.
• Utilize Jira and Zephyr (optional) or Excel for test management and defect lifecycle.
