Job description

About the Lab

We are a full-service dental laboratory producing crowns, bridges, implant restorations, partials, dentures, and orthodontic appliances for dental practices across the region. Our workflow runs on digital impressions, CAD design, and in-house milling and 3D printing alongside traditional bench work. Every case moves through software at some stage, and when that software stops, the lab stops.

The Role

You will be the primary technical resource for the production environment and purchaser of materials/consumables to keep the laboratory running. You must follow and help enforce all company SOPs and Quality Management System Regulation (QMSR) procedures, across IT and purchasing activities, including documented approvals, traceability, corrective actions where required, and maintain accurate records in support of them. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position, as the role supports time-sensitive production and purchasing needs necessary to daily lab operations. The lab depends on this position being present and available during scheduled hours.
