Responsibilities

• 3D Printing: Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate dental prosthetics and components with precision and accuracy.
• Finishing: Utilize various finishing techniques, including sanding, polishing, and glazing, to ensure a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing finish on dental prosthetics.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and dental laboratory techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals and other team members to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Dental knowledge and experience fabricating dental appliances such as bite rims, custom trays, dentures, partials, set-ups, finishing, relines and repairs.
• Some knowledge of implants highly preferred.
• Must have knowledge of raw materials and production processes used in the dental lab.
• Digital Workflow experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a growing, changing environment.
• Must be a team player, willing to contribute where needed.
• Computer skills, phone skills and typing skill a huge plus.
