The Dental Lab Technician Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a dental laboratory. This position ensures the production of high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances that meet both clinical standards and patient needs. The manager is responsible for coordinating workflow and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. They act as a liaison between dental professionals, patients, and lab staff to facilitate effective communication and timely delivery of dental products. Ultimately, this role drives operational excellence, fosters a collaborative work environment, and supports the mission of providing accessible dental care solutions to the community.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher in Dental Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dental lab technician.
