Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the technology industry, including at least 1 year of consulting experience
• Bachelor's Degree

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves providing excellent technical support and customer service, focusing on design, implementation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure technologies such as workstations, servers, printers, networking, and vendor-specific hardware/software. Employees should be enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, some experience with IT infrastructure and support, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver consulting services: Design, implement, and support:

• Microsoft core business applications
• Virtual environments (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware)
• Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, System Center
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, network switches, security devices
• VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix

• Create and maintain client documentation promptly and accurately

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding incidents, changes, and outages

• Identify opportunities to provide solutions to customer problems

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of client infrastructure

• Participate in ongoing education (minimum five classes/webinars annually)

• Align Mirazon resources with customer technical objectives

• Accurately document service tickets and time entries daily

• Assist marketing with technical blogs (at least quarterly)

• Provide emergency on-call support, scheduled weekly, at least once per year

• Support on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
