Job summary

CFS seeks an IT Project Manager to lead complex system implementation projects across locations. You will collaborate with executives, operations, software vendors, and customers to deliver programs that span planning, go-live, and stabilization phases.

The role requires strong IT project management in an agile environment, ERP experience, and comfort with Power Platform and SharePoint. On-site, cross-functional work emphasized.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient with IT project management in an agile environment.
• CAPM or PMP preferred.
• Strong ERP and enterprise application experience, including systems integration and reporting knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and business process automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking timelines, risks, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and support end-user training efforts.
• Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvements to systems, workflows, and operational processes.
