Digital Consultants in San Diego, CA seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the DoD Blue List program, overseeing the SDLC, ServiceNow-based PMO, and modernization efforts. You will coordinate with government program managers and cross-vendor teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires active clearance (Tier 3), relevant certifications (CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP), and 5+ years in IT project management with ServiceNow experience in Federal contexts.

Qualifications

• Clearance: U.S. citizenship with Tier 3 investigation equivalent (ADP/IT-II) required.
• Active CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years IT project management experience, 2+ years in ServiceNow implementations for DoW or Federal programs.
• Knowledge of DoD cloud infra IL-4+ and DevSecOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development lifecycle, web database engineering, and modernization efforts for the Blue List platform.
• Provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support to the Government IT Program Manager.
• Leverage ServiceNow PMO tools to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and real-time dashboards.
• Review and validate technical submissions; perform IV&V activities and provide independent recommendations.
• Coordinate schedules and dependencies across teams and DoD partners.
• Prepare executive status briefs and cross-vendor reports.
