Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive IT and cross-functional initiatives within the Americas IT organization. You will plan, lead, and deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

The role requires strong PMO discipline, governance, and transparent reporting to senior leadership. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience delivering IT and cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, managing day-to-day execution, dependencies, and milestones to deliver on time and within budget.
• Apply PMO standards, governance, and tooling; maintain project documentation and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when needed and drive resolution.
• Manage project budgets, track spend, and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Engage and align sponsors, IT teams, and third parties; manage communications throughout delivery.
• Coordinate with CAB and delivery teams to ensure controlled deployment.
• Contribute to PMO maturity, templates, and standards.
