Job summary

Holland & Knight, based in Tampa, FL, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. The role applies PMO standards to drive disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include defining objectives, maintaining detailed plans, coordinating business and technical teams, managing vendors, and delivering status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience delivering medium complexity business and/or technology projects.
• Experience working in a PMO or governed delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional projects from initiation through completion using PMO defined methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams to maintain momentum and delivery focus.
• Manage vendor activities, including participation in RFP development, evaluation, and oversight of contracted deliverables.
