Job summary

Brenntag North America is seeking a Project Manager for its IT and cross-functional projects, reporting to the PMO. You will plan, lead, and deliver initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience, with strong knowledge of PMO processes, governance, and risk management.ERP SAP experience is preferred, supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering IT and cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
• Execution & delivery: lead projects through full lifecycle, manage dependencies and milestones.
• Governance & reporting: apply PMO standards and provide regular leadership status updates.
• Risk & issue management: identify, track, mitigate risks, and drive resolutions.
• Budget & resource management: monitor budgets and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Stakeholder management: align sponsors, IT teams, and third parties; manage communications.
• Change & deployment: coordinate with CAB for controlled, low-disruption implementation.
