Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large, complex multi-year projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
• PMBOK and Agile project management experience.
• Ability to lead and influence others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects and project plans.
• Establish positive working relationships with CSB-IT staff and contract resources.
• Create, review and maintain project management artifacts and risk logs.
• Utilize Atlassian tools to track milestones and deliverables and report variances.
• Schedule, prepare for and facilitate project meetings and communications.
