Job summary

RiceFW Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large IT initiatives within Indiana. The role emphasizes collaboration with CSB-IT and other staff to ensure timely, quality implementations and business adoption.

Candidates must reside in Indiana and bring strong PMBOK and Agile knowledge, plus hands-on experience with Atlassian, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools. Reporting to the IT PMO Director, you will guide project plans, governance adherence, and

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience.
2+ years managing large, complex multi-year projects.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
PMBOK project management practices incl. cost, benefit, risk, resource, and change control.
Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies for project success.
Ability to lead, motivate and influence others to perform.
Ability to analyze and solve project issues.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across business groups.
Effective oral and written communication.
Business Knowledge of IV-D and Child Support Enforcement preferred.
Experience in state government preferred.
PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage medium to large projects.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff and contractors.
Create, review and maintain PM plans, schedules, agendas and minutes.
Manage projects per Governance policies and procedures.
Utilize Atlassian tools to track milestones and deliverables; report variances to PMO.
Schedule, prepare for and facilitate project meetings.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and address issues promptly.
Adhere to SOPs and maintain project artifacts.
Support a team atmosphere and project portfolio maintenance.
