Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex multi-year projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
• PMBOK project management practices including cost, risk and change control.
• Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects and teams.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff and contractors.
• Create, review and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk logs and lessons learned.
• Track milestones and deliverables using Atlassian tools; report variances.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Maintain project artifacts per SOPs and governance policies.
• Support portfolio maintenance and governance updates.
