Job summary

Din Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an Intermediate Project Manager/Alternate Program Manager to support AFOSI IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods. You will manage planning, coordination, and documentation while liaising with AFOSI leadership to align with priorities and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, business, or related discipline.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
• 5+ years IT project management experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years as a Jira Administrator or Project Lead, with ability to design custom workflows.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership and managing enterprise IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, reporting, and documentation for IT-related projects.
• Facilitates Agile activities including Kanban board management, Scrum ceremonies, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Applies Agile and Waterfall practices per project needs; supports traditional and iterative delivery lifecycles.
• Prepares executive-level briefings, technical reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
• Maintains liaison with AFOSI leadership and stakeholders; communicates requirements and status; adapts scope as needed.
• Provides Atlassian support (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) across classified and unclassified domains, including lifecycle management.
• Configures and sustains Jira workflows and Confluence templates; manages permissions to ensure data segregation.
• Serves as the APM when the Program Manager is unavailable.
