Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst and JIRA Administrator in Columbus, OH. You will set up and manage the JIRA environment, lead sprint planning, and document requirements from plan through delivery.

The role emphasizes Agile practice, DoD process familiarity, and integration with CI/CD tools. Seeking four years of JIRA/Agile experience, a PMP or equivalent certification, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Four years of experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with DoD lifecycle (PPBE/DPATS) is a plus.
• PM certification such as PMP required.
• Experience with DoD programs and DoD data tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, administer, and manage the JIRA environment across projects.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution in JIRA.
• Gather, document, and trace requirements through sprints.
• Apply Agile practices and support Scrum ceremonies and cadence.
• Support transition from waterfall to Agile where applicable.
• Report KPI baselines and monthly progress per standards.
• Manage scheduling data and Integrated Master Schedule support.
• Integrate JIRA with CI/CD and test tooling for end-to-end visibility.
