Job summary

Korean IT Services and IT Consulting in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee enterprise IT projects, coordinate business and technical teams, and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong project management and business analysis experience, with expertise in supply chain, sales, logistics or ecommerce systems, and bilingual Korean/English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management or a related technical field.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM processes, strategies and methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and project documentation.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Managerial experience involving analytical thinking, problem‑solving and team coordination.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Develop project plans, schedules and milestones, and monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize and conduct project meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews and workflow analysis.
• Analyze business processes related to supply chain management, sales, logistics and e-commerce systems.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, charts and management presentations.
• Monitor project risks, issues, costs and development and testing progress.
• Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support short‑term tactical planning and long‑term strategic project initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and support additional projects as required.
