Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, ITAM, ITSM, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments.
• Experience managing IT hardware/software contracts, renewals, and maintenance.
• Fluent written and verbal Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of IT infrastructure hardware, software, maintenance, and related services.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and proposals.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and contract deliverables.
• Translate technical requirements into procurement and vendor terms.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and purchasing efficiency.
• Manage lifecycle of IT hardware, software, maintenance, and support contracts.
• Track licensing, costs, warranties, and renewals.
• Maintain renewal schedules to minimize risk.
