Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an IT Project Manager II for an on-site contract in San Diego. You will serve as the single point of contact for the program, organize in-flight work, maintain project lists, and document updates to keep leadership aligned.

You will lead intake governance, route requests to teams, and use RAID logs to address risks and dependencies while driving cross-functional collaboration with analytics and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a project or program management role in a technical environment, specifically with data analytics or engineering teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive programs from inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and experience with dashboards for reporting on project status and key metrics.
